Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal employees with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Network Administration: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- System Management: Oversee server maintenance, patch management, and software deployment across the organization.
- User Support: Provide top-tier technical support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Security Compliance: Enforce IT security policies and conduct regular audits to protect company data.
- Project Leadership: Lead small-scale IT projects and assist in the onboarding of new hardware and software systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call support as needed.
