Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage and troubleshoot printer issues and peripheral devices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic end-user training and IT awareness sessions.
- Monitor inventory of IT assets and report shortages.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs for hardware moves.
