Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees efficiently.
- Help Desk Support: Provide first-level technical support via phone and email to internal staff.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions.
- Asset Management: Track inventory of IT equipment and report shortages or damages.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
