Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and cloud systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and compliance protocols
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT systems administration with proven network infrastructure expertise
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNP preferred
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
