Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to implement new software solutions.
- Help train junior staff on internal tools and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
