Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and maintain visually appealing displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Support store operations including cleaning, safety compliance, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Participate in product training to stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory counts
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
