Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, markdowns, and visual merchandising
- Uphold store standards through cleanliness audits and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new staff on store policies and procedures
Qualifications
