- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Process returns and exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support inventory management and assist with monthly stock counts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
