Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with stockroom organization and receiving shipments
- Support team with visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Participate in seasonal promotions and events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy
