Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stocking, displays, and inventory rotation
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support loss prevention efforts by following security procedures
- Assist in training new associates on store operations and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for inventory-related tasks
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
