Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with cash handling procedures.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies promptly and effectively.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts and inventory management tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age.
