Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain store aesthetics and product displays
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 30 lbs
