Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and event attendees
- Assist with facility operations including equipment setup and cleanupSupport youth programs and event coordination activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 15-19 years old (high school students welcome)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Riverwalk Plaza
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic computer literacy (email, scheduling)
- Previous volunteer or extracurricular experience a plus
