Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat regarding software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and software conflicts.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and patience.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new hardware and peripherals for clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
