- Assist remote and on-site employees with password resets, software installations, and access management.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution and handovers.
- Perform routine system backups and security audits to protect sensitive company data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
