Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Answer incoming support tickets via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct basic system training and orientation for new hires and clients.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and peripherals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., evenings or weekends).
