Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and printer-related problems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to implement software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
