Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on common user pain points and feature requests.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through regular training sessions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer operating systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
