Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex tickets and improve service protocols.
- Conduct basic system diagnostics and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, concise, and professional communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in using help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to support client needs.
