Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage IT helpdesk tickets and maintain accurate service logs.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to resolve complex technical inquiries.
- Ensure data security and adherence to company IT policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
