Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process applications and documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.
- Must be available to attend an immediate walk-in interview.
