Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems, specifically aligning our product roadmap with the demands of the 2026 market landscape.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, generative AI) into our core product suite.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models to ensure high throughput and low latency in production environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
