Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for the 2026 AI Roadmap, focusing on Agentic workflows and LLM optimization.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems that handle millions of transactions per second.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and ethical AI practices.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research into production environments, ensuring security and compliance.
- Drive the adoption of new paradigms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex systems from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
