Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI architectures integrating quantum algorithms with classical machine learning models.
- R&D Strategy: Drive the research roadmap for next-gen neural networks, focusing on efficiency, interpretability, and cognitive capabilities.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model training pipelines and inference latency in distributed environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and scientific teams to translate theoretical research into deployable applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
