Responsibilities
- Define the Architectural Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 ecosystem, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- System Design & Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-concurrency quantum-ready workloads.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Drive the adoption of next-gen programming languages, AI-driven development tools, and decentralized protocols.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- R&D Integration: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to validate new hardware-software integrations before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Technical Mastery: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Future-Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, edge computing, and the foundational principles of quantum computing.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex architectural challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
