Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems capable of handling next-gen computational loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists and security expertsâto integrate AI-driven workflows.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience implementing scalable solutions using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a solid understanding of distributed databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with security-first development practices and compliance frameworks.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
