Responsibilities

- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for high-throughput, low-latency inference.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI system evolution and scalability.
- Mentor engineering teams in advanced machine learning concepts and system design.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robust data governance across all projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
