Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Develop machine learning models leveraging quantum advantage for complex data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise AI frameworks
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in practical AI applications
- Create simulation environments for quantum neural networks and validate experimental results
- Contribute to open-source quantum AI libraries and publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and AI optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of AI/ML experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#) and Python ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, error correction, and NISQ-era limitations
- Track record of publishing research in quantum machine learning or related fields

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
