Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging Q# and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems at scale
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate theoretical models into deployable solutions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and error mitigation techniques
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at top-tier conferences/journals
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
