Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in real-world applications across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors with AI integration
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in our 2026 Quantum AI Fellowship program
- Drive open-source contributions to the quantum AI ecosystem
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expert proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in neural networks and deep learning frameworks
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
- Passion for solving problems at the intersection of quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence
