Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for neural network acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams developing quantum-enhanced AI frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for frontier research
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for ML applications
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with 20+ publications
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing (HPC)
