Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into scalable production systems
- Drive patent development for novel quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research grants
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
