- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python frameworks
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and optimization strategies
