Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption standards
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in quantum software development
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or theoretical computer science
