Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing models
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture from IBM or Google
