Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum-coherent processor design
- Create roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in quantum error correction codes
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical applications
