Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing systems with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in superconducting qubits and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants or venture capital
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
