As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll lead the development of hybrid quantum-classical systems that solve previously intractable problems in cryptography, materials science, and artificial intelligence. You'll collaborate with global partners including NASA, IBM Research, and MIT to transform theoretical breakthroughs into commercial-ready quantum applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain infrastructure
- Drive R&D in quantum error correction techniques for commercial deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and best practices
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of developing scalable quantum algorithms with real-world applications
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Q#, Python, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience with quantum hardware from leading providers (Rigetti, IBM Quantum, IonQ)
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conference proceedings
