Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Research novel quantum algorithms with 2026 deployment targets
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Secure patents in quantum information theory
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE and APS conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware interfaces
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and RF control systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ research grants
