Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Architect the core infrastructure required for the next generation of digital interaction, focusing on interoperability and scalability.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Generative AI models into spatial computing environments to create dynamic, intelligent virtual worlds.
- System Architecture: Design robust, high-performance systems capable of handling real-time 3D rendering and massive data processing loads.
- Prototyping & R&D: Lead experimental projects in VR/AR, haptics, and neural interfaces to validate concepts for the 2026 product cycle.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and security experts to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage and data privacy in immersive environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Spatial Computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and WebGL. Experience with frameworks like React Three Fiber or Unreal Engine.
- AI Mastery: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in generative content creation.
- Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain protocols and decentralized identity standards is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the vision to anticipate future technological trends.
