Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise and research applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Collaborate with physicists and software engineers to implement error-corrected qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing pipelines
- Document technical specifications and mentor junior quantum engineers
- Stay current with QKD, quantum ML, and NISQ-era advancements
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
