Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum materials and cryogenics
- Translate quantum algorithms into industry applications (pharma, finance, logistics)
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions to shape quantum education curricula
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture experience
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and entanglement
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
