Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using superconducting qubits and topological designs
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum algorithms into practical applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum cryptography for post-quantum security
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and similar forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with commercial impact
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum technology initiatives
