Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor quantum engineers and shape the next generation of quantum talent
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
