Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Establish governance protocols for AI lifecycle management
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI practices
- Research and document emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI principles
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias detection tools
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
