Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-level applications
- Create quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error correction
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum processors using industry-standard metrics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit stability and connectivity
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
