Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, software engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning use cases
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Drive quantum security protocols and quantum-safe encryption standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure patents and publish research in top-tier scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 5 years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects in quantum domain
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket)
