Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 2026 deployment targets
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing symposia
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Strong background in cybersecurity and cryptographic systems
