Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or proprietary quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of topological qubit implementations
- Track record of leading quantum hardware projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum research funding
