Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid architectures

- Secure patents in quantum-secure communication systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum mechanics principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years building quantum computing hardware/software
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq and C++ for quantum simulation
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
